INTRODUCTION: – MAN
1. As to substance - A created being.
2. As to nature - in the image of God.
3. As different from the animal - a never-dying
soul.
4. As to destiny - determined by his response to
his Creator.
DISCUSSION:
I. THE LIFE THE WORLD KNOWS YOU BY. - (Matt.
5:13-16)
1. The stranger.
2. The clerk at the store.
3. The person you meet walking.
II THE LIFE YOUR FRIENDS KNOW YOU BY.
1. Those you invite into your home.
2. School mates.
3. Partners in business.
4. Those with whom you have lunch, etc.
III THE LIFE YOUR FAMILY KNOWS YOU BY.
1. These are the ones who see you in your
unguarded moments.
2. Your parents; your children; your siblings.
IV THE LIFE THE CHURCH KNOWS YOU BY.
1. These are your spiritual brothers and
sisters.
2. The elders.
3. Your students.
4. Your teachers.
V THE LIFE GOD KNOWS YOU BY.
1. In reality, this is the only important one.
2. Does He know you to be a Christian?
3. Does He know you to be faithful?
4. Does He know you to be sacrificial?
5. What does He know about your morals and
ethics?
