Jotham’s parable of the trees seeking a king. 9:7-15

THE PLANS
Shechem sought to overthrow him. 22-24
All who killed his brothers in idol temple.
Cut branches - burned all men inside. (1,000 men and women)
Another tower attacked - millstone on head - wounded.
Asked armor-bearer to kill him. Not die by a woman.

Abimelech is dead. His great plans are buried.
Judges 9:56-57 -
A. God rendered wickedness on Abimelech.
