THE TABERNACLE AS A TYPE
Introduction
1. Many things in the OT – were a shadow of things to come.
2. Dr. John Sampey, “A type may properly be defined as a person, institution, or event in the old dispensation which was designed to prefigure a corresponding person, institution or event in the New.”
3. Type = the OT shadow
4. Anti-type = the NT reality
5. Reading about the building of the Tabernacle, for many, is dull, dry reading.
6. Maybe today some of those dry details will come alive.
