John’s Baptism was temporary
Acts 19:1-5 was AFTER Jesus DBR. After Pentecost.
What was wrong? Baptism = burial; in water; with faith and repentance.
Their faith was facing the wrong direction. They anticipated an event that had
already occurred.

supersede Pentecost. Some argue that these laws do not apply to non-Christians.
Matt. 14:4 “It is not lawful for you to have her.”
