Two things necessary for a rainbow
A.
A disturbance (storm, rain, thunder) in heaven.

Sunlight (hope) on earth.
Notice some Facts about the Rainbow:
1.
Man did not ask for the rainbow, it was all Gods idea.

Covenants with
God are not DEMANDED!

God (in His
kindness and grace) OFFERS, PROMISES.

We have the
choice to accept, believe OR reject, refuse.
2.
Man can not destroy a rainbow.

This is a
promise from God.
