4. Some Issues Raised

   1. Sunday is the one day I can call my own.

      1. Wrong! It is the only day NOT your own

      2. Sunday belongs to God

      3. Mark 2:27-28

   2. How do we count time – sundown, midnight

      1. Jewish time – midnight to midnight

      2. Roman (and American) time – midnight to midnight

      3. 1 Corinthians 9:22 – become all things to all men ( when in Rome ---)

      4. Acts 20:7

         1. If Jewish time – they met on what we would call Saturday night

         2. If Roman time – they met on Sunday night into Monday am

         3. Does this justify Saturday night worship? NO.

   3. Sleep in on Sunday AM and take communion Sunday PM

      1. Understand work schedules, sickness – may prevent some from coming in AM

      2. Are you just doing what you want and the Lord comes second?

      3. What is the difference in attending in am and watch TV in pm – OR – sleep in am and worship in pm?

   4. No other commands about this day

      1. Play ball, watch sports on TV, visit sick, have company

      2. Spend the day in study, meditation, prayer
