1. Recognize this Year of Opportunity

          A. Early church - after a problem - rapid growth

                    1. Ananias & Sapphira -- Acts 5:14

                    2. Grecian widows -- Acts 6:7

                    3. Death of Stephen -- Acts 8:4

                    4. Conversion of a Gentile -- Acts 11:21

          B. Same can happen here.

          C. This church can accomplish great things with:

                    (List areas we can work and make a difference)

          D. Don't get "Cooked in the squat."

          E. All of you have perfect attendance so far.  Don't mess up.

2. Find your place of service.

          A. Find your place to serve

                    1. "Every one unto his work" Neh. 4:15

                    2. Find a job you can do - DO IT!

          B. WHERE DO YOU "FIT" IN THE LORD'S CHURCH?

          C. Do your part; carry your share of the load

3. Start today.

          A. Heb. 3:13, 15 "Today, harden not your hearts"

          B. II Cor. 6:2 "Now, is the accepted time"

          C. Don't procrastinate. MAKE A NEW START TODAY.

Conclusion:

          1. Make a new start with the Lord.

          2. Make a new start in service and work.

          3. Make a new start through the doors of opportunity.
